The Dirt Eater has a powerful and consistent suction, is made for heavy use, is simple to clean and maintain, and works effectively with challenging dust kinds.

The four main parts of the robustly constructed industrial cyclonic vacuum cleaner, "Dirt EATER," are the motor, filter, waste collection system, and trolley.

The American 2 HP, 3-stage motor powers the Dirt Eater. enclosed in a barrier with an IP65 rating to prevent cross-contamination. When the waste bin needs to be emptied, Dirt Eater notifies employees, and a thermal cut off provides additional protection.

The Dirt Eater needs two distinct filter segments because it is made for the Cyclonic Path Filter Technique. Nine PTFE-coated, ultrasonically welded filter bags with static charge reducer threads make up the prefilter. An oversized, certified H14 HEPA filter is part of the Dirt Eater main filter, providing dependable defense against various dangerous dust types. Prefilters are built for longer periods of usage, are easily replaceable, and are washable. Strong prefilter protects the HEPA filter, extending its lifespan.

Dirt EATER collects standard industrial trash using 50-micron polypropylene bags. Dust bags of 200 microns are suitable for disposing of trash related to asbestos, construction, concrete, or biological hazards. The use of plastic bags by Dirt Eater Industrial Vacuum makes it more cost-effective to operate and facilitates extremely convenient trash management.

While having an effective, heavy-duty industrial vacuum is nice to have, any industrial vacuum should also be able to be easily moved, stored, and operated. Among the several trolley alternatives offered by Dirt Eater, the sturdy Truck Trolley with large, puncture-proof wheels and heavy-duty braking casters is included in the basic package. The heavy-duty floor tools and a 10-meter hose can be hung from the trolley.
